My Long Journey Back To Fitness After Injury

Welcome to my new blog

After many years of new year’s resolutions, I finally decided to do it.

With a full year of training, I completed my first half marathon.

Then the bad news 🙁 I got injured.

I wanted to get smarter about my fitness.

Now I am doing everything I can to recover and make sure this doesn’t happen again.

So this time I’m going to take a more long term “smarter” approach and add yoga to my routine.

My first step, recommended by friends was to learn more about my foot injury and fitness in general.

This was my motivation for these two posts – Top Fitness Bloggers and Top Yoga Bloggers.
