Having needed to recover from injury I was looking for ways to heal my body and bring it back to health.
Researching online and getting tips from facebook groups I joined, people kept recommending doing some yoga.
It seemed the way to increase flexibility and overall strength. Something my fatigued body required.
There were plenty of recommendations for Yoga sites to check out.
I realised that if I got them into a list, then others might find it helpful to have them all in one place.
I am aiming to get to 100 with your help.
